Spectrum Live offers a wide range of event products for hire, designed to meet the needs of festivals, cultural events, sporting events, exhibitions, and both outdoor and indoor venues. By hiring, you can reduce your capital costs, minimize storage requirements, and align with our shared sustainability goals.
Our product range includes branded event signage, festival banners, custom branded backdrops, and more. Many of our products come with branded graphics and are available in set sizes. Some items are self-installable, while others require our professional installation services.

Portable branded base flags – 5m
- These fully portable flags are designed with a weighted base for stability and come with your custom branding on the base covers. This unique product is designed and manufactured by Spectrum Live.
- Wind-resistant: Can withstand winds up to 25 mph / 40 km/h.
- Extremely versatile for use in outdoor environments like fields, tarmacs, and various ground types.
- The telescopic pole design makes for easy installation and removal without the need for access equipment or transport machinery.
Outdoor Gantries
- Ideal for event entrances, finish lines, start lines, and overhead event signage or cabling.
- Supplied with engineer calculations and sign-off, taking the stress out of installation and ensuring everything is safe and compliant.
- Includes your branded graphics for maximum exposure.
- Available in 3 set sizes (other custom sizes available):
- 8m wide x 5.5m tall (perfect for areas requiring vehicle clearance)
- 8m / 6m wide x 4m tall
- 6m / 3m wide x 3m tall
Branded Backdrops
- Perfect for exhibitions, conferences, award ceremonies, and broadcasting events.
- These backdrops feature a quick assembly design with a clean, professional aluminium profile edge.
- Custom branding included.
- Graphics can be repurposed into tote bags for VIPs or sold to patrons, adding an extra revenue-generating opportunity. (See our sustainability page for more details).

Festival Banner Rails

- Supplied with engineer calculations and sign-off, eliminating the stress of installation.
- Lightweight aluminium rails reduce ground support requirements, making installation faster and more efficient.
- Includes your custom branding.
- Available in two standardized sizes to reduce print costs and enhance the visual appeal:
- 6m wide x 1m tall
- 3m wide x 1m tall
- Rails can be joined together to create wider or angled configurations.
- Includes vertical support poles for added stability.
